The Challenge:
ISU Campus cafés provide food services to students, faculty, and staff of the university at some selected buildings on campus. To order food, patrons must join long queues and use paper to place an order for a customized meal.

The goal was to create a mobile app to replace the paper ordering system and to help expedite the food ordering process.

Design Process & Solution:
1. Conducted user research to identify needs and time spent to order a meal.
2. Developed and evaluated low and high fidelity prototypes to obtain the final design solution.
