The goal of this project was to conduct a user-research to identify user-experience with the Dallas County Department of Public Health website. The department noticed a lack of user traffic/interest to the website despite the fact that there was a lot of relevant resources available on the website.

Design Solution
1. Consulted with the Department’s staff to gain more insight to help establish empathy toward the project.
2. Conducted usability testing via survey – Dallas County residents.
3. Developed information architecture.
4. Designed and evaluated a prototype for refinement leading to the final design solution.
5. Developed strategies based on collected data to support the effectiveness of the website.
